We obtain the Personal Data directly from you (such as through Ferring websites, apps, forms, emails, agreements or if you call us directly) or indirectly through Ferring’s activities such as conferences, seminars or programs organised by Ferring, publicly available sources, and third parties. Where you prefer that we do not collect your personal information, we may not be able to provide assistance and undertake activities that we would otherwise provide or undertake.

Your Personal Data is used in accordance with the applicable Ferring Group privacy policy for purposes including:

Responding to you regarding an inquiry in the following categories: media; partnerships; development of business relationships; and any other general enquiries. For information regarding the processing of data related to our activities with you as a Healthcare Professional (HCP), please refer to the Customer Relationship Management Privacy Notice.
To process and assess reported cases for potential misconduct and/or violation of the Ferring Philosophy as well as other applicable Policies and Standard Operating Procedures;

To process applications for current vacancies and/or accept unsolicited job applications;

Any other legitimate business purposes such as data analysis, audit, improving services and expanding our business activities.

Legal Basis

Your Personal Data will only be handled and used for the purposes above if:

We have obtained your consent according to applicable data protection and privacy laws, regulations, and directives;
We need to perform contractual obligations towards you or take pre-contractual steps at your request;
We need to comply with our legal, regulatory, or reporting obligations or to comply with a court/authority order; or
